Projects We Have Funded

April 2023

The Wilson Foundation helped to fund a field trip for the first graders to the Sooner Flight Academy, and it looks like they had a great time. Field trips like this can help spark a passion for a child's future career. There may be some newly passionate future pilots at Wilson Elementary. It's opportunities like this that make us love what we do.

2019-2023

The Wilson Foundation was formed in 2019 to support the education at Wilson Elementary in Norman, Oklahoma, by serving its students, families, and teachers. Over the last three years we have funded various projects and provided supplies for classrooms such as books, educational games, Mardel gift cards for the teachers, and more.

According to elementaryschools.org, 77% of the students at Wilson Elementary are eligible to receive free and reduced lunch assistance. We know that the teachers often use their own money to provide for the needs of their classrooms. We aim to come alongside them to ease this burden. We have been honored to serve and assist the education at Wilson Elementary, and we look forward to continuing to do so.

The following is a list of many of the supplies we have been able to provide for the classrooms at Wilson Elementary:
